We look at current events and trends and take a broad view of what those things mean to the Kingdom. We will attempt to answer the question: “Why should Christians care about this?” The answer to this question cuts both ways. Either it is a subject that Christians care too much about and shouldn’t, or don’t care enough about and should.

Ok, so neither of us are doctors, but we do discuss the importance of doctrine, and especially as it relates to the pressures that the church experiences.  According to a recent BBC survey, 1 in 4 British Christians do not believe the resurrection was a factual event.  In a time where moral relativism has permeated even into the church, the importance of defending doctrine, and doing it in a winsome and loving way, has become incredible important.  

HHIEOY: Phill discusses the UMC's judicial council deciding on a prospective openly gay bishop.  Ryan talks about Bernie Sanders defending the pro-life position to the Democratic party...no seriously.
